Antwan, born 7/95, is a well-mannered African-American child with an infectious smile. He genuinely cares about others and is always willing to share and lend a helping hand. Antwan enjoys video games, puzzles, reading, outdoor activities, karate lessons and telling jokes. Enrolled in special education classes for those with moderate mental delays, he is eager to learn and loves reading. Antwan is open to adoption and has specifically asked for a “nice” family. He needs a dedicated, encouraging and active family, one who can provide structure and individualized attention in a stable and nurturing environment. A family who will advocate on Antwan’s behalf and make sure his special needs are met is being sought. Ongoing therapy and educational assistance is needed. |
